Shopping Information
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our California warehouse and arrive within 3–7 business days for addresses within the contiguous U.S. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, delivery may take an additional 2–3 days.
Are there shipping fees?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $200 will incur a flat $15 shipping fee. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will have a calculated fee based on weight and destination (visible at checkout).
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use this number on our website or the carrier’s site (FedEx/UPS) to monitor delivery progress.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We gladly ship to PO boxes and military addresses via USPS. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return windowfrom the delivery date for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging with all accessories included.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team at hi@maximsespresso.com to request a return authorization. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (for contiguous U.S. orders) or instructions for shipping back.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
Product & Service
Do your espresso machines come with a warranty?
Yes! All Maxim's Espresso machines include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Register your product online for fast warranty service.
What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
Contact us immediately at hi@maximsespresso.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
Is financing available?
Yes! Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments with Afterpay (for orders $35+). Select Afterpay at checkout to apply.
